Shipping & Orders
Free domestic shipping on orders over $100
Standard (Domestic) – $8.50
Express (Domestic) – $42.99 (Choosing Express shipping does not bypass the 2-5 business day processing period)
International – $29.99 (All international orders are shipped via DHL, and are typically delivered within 7-21 business days from the date that it is shipped.)
Orders are processed Monday-Friday (Excluding major holidays) and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Tracking and delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once an order has been placed.
Yes but please reach out as soon as possible regarding cancellations. Requesting a cancellation is not guaranteed. During peak periods and orders placed, cancellations may not be possible.
Allow 48-72 hours for processing. Refunds are only issued during business days.
We may cancel your order if your payment has been associated with fraudulent activities in the past. Your order may also be cancelled due to stock availability.
Allow 72 hours after the stated delivery time. If your package has still not been delivered, contact us for assistance at support@guapstar.com.
Address updates can be requested if contacted in a short time after you placed your order but are not guaranteed. We strongly suggest double checking information before submitting your order.
Email us at support@guapstar.com within 24-48 hours of delivery with your order number (4 digits) and detailed images of the product(s) in question.

After reaching out to us, we will email you a return label (prepaid label). You must use the label we have sent you for all returns.

Yes, we sometimes restock our products. Please make sure to check back frequently for a restock on an item you want that is unavailable.
We have reviewed to ensure the photography, description and details are as correct and accurate as possible. Slight differences in measurements, color and texture may occur.
