Express (Domestic) – $24.99 (Choosing Express shipping does not bypass the 2-5 business day processing period)

International – $19.99 (All international orders are shipped via DHL, and are typically delivered within 7-21 business days from the date that it is shipped.)

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Payment of duties at checkout covers the following:

Requesting a cancellation is not guaranteed. During peak periods and orders placed, cancellations may not be possible.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or adjusted. 

Allow 48-72 hours for processing. Refunds are only issued during business days.

If your order was cancelled, we advise you to contact your financial institution to ensure your information is up to date or it was due to stock availability.

Allow 72 hours after the stated delivery time. If your package has still not been delivered, contact us for assistance at support@guapstar.com.

Address updates can be requested if contacted in a short time after you placed your order but are not guaranteed. We strongly suggest double checking information before submitting your order.

You have up to 10 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on guapstar.com.

Orders must be returned by mail only. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.

Item(s) purchased must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached.

Once your order is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund to your original payment method will be processed. Allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.
