Returns
Go to the Return Portal below to initiate your return. Please make sure to read our return policy before starting a return.
- You have up to 10 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on guapstar.com.
- Orders must be returned by mail only.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Item(s) purchased must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached.
- Once your order is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund to your original payment method will be processed. Allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process. If your order does not pass the inspection, it will be shipped back to the return address.
EXCHANGES
- Guapstar.com does not offer exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s).
